What would you do?

So, I'm about to kick Nagisa out? Any objections? Reasons for why are below.

1: Has ignored all messages telling him to register for over a month on the studio forum.

2: Has failed to do ANY mep parts that have had deadlines, but decide he would edit other shit for other people, host a mep and so on like our edits are worthless in my eyes of how he sees it.

3. Has put us back and shit due to him not editing.

4: Has done NO CHALLENGES at all when others have.

5. Uploads shit all the time and is to lazy to get back to messages, take part in project, act like a studio member and so on.

I'm leaving it to a few of you to decide what the fate for him should be. Either kick out perm, kick out till next auditions if we have them, one of you contact him or keep him. But frankly I'm tired of his bs.

I would say just kick him out perm. Depending on how long the next auditions are, to see if he changes. If too short, I say just kick him out perm but if its long enough, maybe just kick him out until next auditions.

Auditions won't be until oct. again for the studio. This lowers his chances for next time he tries to get in if anything. I've tried for a week + month to get in touch with him and he's just ignored everything.

Then.....I think for the best that he should be kicked out.

Yes, I agree. If he's been uncontactable for this long, you should just kick him out.

Just kick him out, if he not answering you or explaining why he not doing anything then let him go.

Sadly, looks like he's going to get kicked which puts most of our meps further with being filled (I won't be counting him in them I mean he doesn't even do last months which has killed everyone with seeing 2 new meps) The thing that really gets me is he edits, he's opened a mep and everything. Did he forget how to write back to or something in that short time? It's really ridiclious.

I know its not much but i'll take parts in all the Meps. I'll see which ones I can do right away!

Well all meps have been increased to 2 parts per member and 1 part for guests so on. That way not all members will be weighed down by a huge amont

Yeah that happens to me as well i get some members that i sent message to as well who uploads video on their channel and i don't get any replay back. Sorry if i don't join that many mep at once D: I can't handle doing so many at same time >__<

It's fine if you don't join that many or any at all with all the stuff you have going on. What really makes me mad is the fact he uploaded a reel that held other mep parts for studios and such and he just basically blew ours off. Like shugo chara mep he blew it off and set us back, the soundless voice one and so many others he just keeps blowing off all together. Then really he has the nerve to host a mep AND STILL ignore messages. Doesn't really act his age at all from when he use to.

I just sent him this in a message and unsubbed him so on.

Majority rule. You ignore messages, you don't do mep parts or so on. The mep parts you have now will be treated as guest mep parts and so will the ones further on if you signed up or will sign up. Majority verdict: You are out of the studio further notice.

Reasons:

- You ignored messages over a month of being told things over and over. While you might be busy thats not an excuse since you've uploaded videos and such and especially the mep.

- This lowers the chances for you to get in when you audition if you plan to in Oct. because of such things all together. This will be taken into consideration with how you have acted and so on for future refs.

- You did not bother to sign for the new studio site where we have updatings every day usually new secret meps and so on. This is a lack of interaction with in the studio family.

- You put the Shugo chara mep and so on behind when you didn't give a reason, but continued to ignore messages. You did edit other things, but didn't bother to say if you needed more time and so on. This has upset a lot of people that have been in this mep.

Again the parts you have you have until said date that I sent to have them in or your out of those meps again taking as future ref for if you decide to audition in the future. If you do not do these and others from later on or give heads up whats going on and why you are not doing them instead of just ignoring etc. You will not be picked for any other meps considering this would be recurring type thing. If you want to go ahead and drop out let me know before time so you won't upset anymore members or guests in this.

Majority verdict choices:

- kick out perm for this type of thing
- kick out until further auditions making a future ref when look at audition if posted.
- Keep in studio and don't do anything
- Keep in studio warn once more, and suspend from the studio etc.

Majority ruled: Kick out until further auditions.

I was not the only one to make this choice a few others made this choice with me as well as one of the co-leaders saying the same thing.

I finished two of my mep parts tomorrow but I couldn't upload it on the studios account on mf because it wasn't letting me upload, mf hates me. I'll try again. I'm sorry again, I hope that you understand, but some things happened recently, but now I have more free time, I don't have a lots of free time now but it's more than before

Yea, see I would of not cared if there was messages being sent back but kinda late on that after a month of writing and no response. Studio members already made their choice by this point. All the info is in the studio message verdict of whats happening if you haven't read that either.

wow o.o if he willing to change then i guess we can give him a chance and see what will happen, but he could had told us he busy a bit i'm sure we will understand D:
It better to let us know your be busy for a while. ._.
if he having trouble with mediafire he can sent it through email or an another site and maybe give it to one of us to put under his name in the folder you set up for us.

Ok, I have to explain
So, I didn't ignore the messages, but what happened is that I used to read the messages at work on my phone, but I didn't answer because I planned to answer when I get hom from work, but I forgot to answer the messages and not only the messages from HDS but the other message from other people too.
But, I was really busy and I was thinking about to leave some studios because I had a bunch of MEP Parts and then I did the ones that were on my folder for the biggest time, but I don't have enough courage to say that I'm leaving.
But since you're kicking me from the studio, then I'll leave. I'll finish the meps I signed up for. And sorry about the Shugo Chara mep, I still can do my part but if you don't want me to do it that's ok. I don't mind
But I wish luck for HDS
